Unfortunately due to COVID-19, we are unable to receive returned face masks. In order to issue a refund, all you need to do is provide proof that the face mask has been destroyed.
Please send in a support ticket with your Order Number & Information and a photo of the face mask cut in half. Once received our support team will happily issue you an immediate refund.
