You are definitely able to change the size of the canvas after you purchase it but whether or not 24 hours have passed from the time you placed the order affects the process.
 
Exchange requests within 24 hours of purchase can be made, please contact customer support immediately and let them know the size you are looking for.
 
Be sure to email with the subject line CHANGE MY ORDER and include your NAME and ORDER NUMBER in the email you send to us.
 
If you paid for a larger size...you will be credited the monetary difference back on your card. Please allow a few business days for the funds to return. If you'd like to order a larger size, you will be sent a custom invoice for the price difference between the two sizes in order to upgrade.
 
Exchange requests AFTER (24) hours will require the customer to send the canvas back to our return facility.
 
NOTE: YOU CAN ONLY GET REFUNDS ON PERSONALIZED CANVASES IF THEY ARRIVED DAMAGED.
 

Shipping charges will not be refunded. Canvas Cultures does not supply pre-paid shipping materials for returns or cover the returned merchandise shipping fees. We will issue your refund within 12 to 24 hours of receiving the returned merchandise.
