Why did I receive multiple tracking numbers?Updated 7 months ago

If you've received multiple emails from us with different tracking numbers in them, don't worry.

It simply means that you might have ordered several things and they're being sent to you in multiple packages instead of just one.

You can track your individual shipments by simply taking the tracking number received in your order shipment confirmation email.  Plug your order's tracking number into the shipping carriers' web page to see when your packages are estimated to arrive.

If you receive one package before another...don't worry.

Simply check the tracking info of the one you haven't received YET and you'll be able to see EXACTLY when it will arrive.
