How to submit a custom canvas?

We currently only offer Fast Free Shipping (6-8 Business Days) for all orders. You can read more here.

What is your shipping policy?

Our canvases come with pre-installed hanging hardware. A centered sawtooth is installed on the top side of the canvas. It also includes pre-installed rubber bumpers to protect your canvas and your walls.

Do the canvas come with installation materials?

How can I become an artist for Canvas Cultures?

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached, and in the same condition as when it was received.

The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange: Final sales, Gift cards, Custom-made products (such as personalized canvas items), or gifts received as part of a purchase.

What is your return policy?

We only accept cancellation requests within 1 hour of placing your order. After 1 hour, your order is sent for processing and cannot be modified or canceled.
